The first meeting of the Alliance Advisory Group was convened at the Council Chambers at Curtin University today April 19th 2018.

Discussions centred on the current state of WA digital ecosphere, future challenges brought about through the coming waves of innovation, opportunities for collaboration and cooperation (three projects/Working Group are already underway) and the coming WAITTA Management Committee (Board) elections.
Of particular interest was the draft WA ICT Value Map showing where all stakeholders sat in the innovation value chain. This is to be finalised by Alliance members to assist in identifying current gaps and thus opportunities for further initiatives and collaboration.
The next meeting is scheduled for July 2018.
