Messages On Hold Australia (MOH) is an award-winning company headquartered in Perth, WA. It specializes in the scripting and recording of promotional audio productions for organizations to play to waiting callers.
In 1988, Managing Director, Kym Illman, started the business from his home office after being fired from a local television station. Since then, the company has enhanced the phone image of more than 9,000 organisations across 15 countries with informative and entertaining On Hold messages.
