Product Award
The Product award recognises excellence in an IT&T product developed by a WA organisation. The award covers the whole field of IT&T (software, hardware, firmware etc) and can be from an established or start-up organisation. The Product must have moved on from the conceptual stage and into production and sales. If the Product has not yet reached this phase refer to the Innovation category.
Criteria
The following criteria are used in judging submissions:- Benefits to users & effectiveness of solution
- Market penetration and turnover
- Performance & reliability
- Innovation
- User acceptance & support
- Quality & implementation management
- Complexity.
Nominations for this award should be for a product developed in this State or developed by an organisation predominantly based in this State. This award is not applicable for products or services which are still in the development phase, i.e. the product or service must have been commissioned (or at least piloted) prior to its nomination.
